Refund Policy

Rotary Club Anand Round Town collects payments primarily towards membership, events, and charitable initiatives.

Membership Fees

Membership fees, once paid and approved, are generally non-refundable except where specifically approved by the Club Board due to exceptional circumstances.

Event Registration

If an event is cancelled by the club, eligible participants may receive a full or partial refund, as decided by the organizing committee.

If a participant voluntarily cancels their registration, refunds will be considered according to the event's cancellation policy, if applicable.

Donations

Voluntary donations made towards Rotary service projects are generally non-refundable, as they are utilized for charitable and community welfare activities.

Failed Transactions

If your payment is deducted but the transaction is unsuccessful, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within the applicable settlement period. If the issue persists, please contact us with the transaction details.
